What does the RAC Score mean?
The RAC Score is a 0–1000 decision-support score based on the financial and rental inputs entered into the app.
Why can Cash Left be negative?
Cash Left reflects the savings and lifestyle goals included in your analysis after housing and monthly obligations. A negative value does not automatically mean the rent cannot be paid; it means the current plan may require adjustments.
Can I compare rentals?
Yes. RAC includes a comparison workflow designed to show the financial tradeoffs between multiple rental choices.
Can I export my analysis?
RAC can generate PDF reports for individual rental analyses and rental comparisons.
Is RAC financial advice?
No. RAC is a financial decision-support tool. It does not provide financial, legal, lending, or housing advice, and it does not guarantee landlord approval.
